Pen Order
We purchased pens and were very pleased with not only the customer service, but also the speed at which our order was completed. We had purchased pens from another company in the past and did not have a good experience. We will order again when we need to and will be checking out different products also.

A Great Company to Work With
I just found Pensrus via a web search when I was looking for some nice inexpensive promotional pens. I have used them twice now, and both times their service and product quality were excellent. They sent me my first proof within a couple hours, corrected a small typo in another hour or two, and had my order off to production in no time. When I have had questions about order status they have responded professionally and quickly. I see no reason for me to ever use another company for my pens!

The PENSRUS team completed my order in a very timely manner and was very responsive to my questions. The pens were on great quality and the engraving looked awesome. The website is very easy to use. Everyone at PENSRUS where very helpful with our order. The quality of the printing on the pens was of the highest standard and we are very satisfied finish product. Our company is on the other side of the planet (New Zealand) and the distance did not hinder the communication as everything was done over email.

I have been a customer of Pens R Us for many years now and felt it was time to compliment their exemplary service. I had used another marketing company for years and was happy enough with the treatment I got. Although whenever I had a huge need for pens and I had a deadline I needed to meet I was never treated with personal attention. I always got auto responder e-mail answers and never had any of my timelines or deadlines met.
Then one day I received a piece of “junk mail” from Pens R Us. There, on their postage mailing piece was the very pen that I use to promote my business. .. And by the way, if you are an entrepreneur, trying to grow and brand your business, to me, this is the ultimate value in marketing pens. There was the grip roller, the beautiful, gel ink, smooth writing, - always puts a smile on their faces - grip roller at a lower price than I was paying. It turned out to be the best price I could find anywhere on the web.
So I sent in my order and received a prompt auto responder thanking me for my order and confirming the details. As our relationship grew and my orders increased, they showed me personal attention, responding to my every query by e-mail or by phone, and they are extremely prompt. This is huge to me and anyone else that has to meet deadlines and payroll.
Amanda has been my personal concierge and almost leads me to believe that I am the one and only customer of Pens R Us. Her email responses are almost always a few minutes after my email is sent. It is truly remarkable.
If you are looking for a marketing partner to help grow your Brand / Business at the best prices, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love them. I felt they deserved the kudos for such a great job in today’s economy. From all of us, thank you, Pens R Us !!

PENSRUS recently helped me out in a huge way for a sorority function at USC. Very last minute we needed a huge shipment of customized pens for my sorority's event and everyone at PENSRUS was extremely helpful. From the initial ordering to when the shipment came EARLIER than expected, it was such a pleasure working with PENSRUS. We were really in a bind and they completely stepped up to the plate. Our company needed to launch a last minute quality program on 3/10/11 and I had a total of 7 days of which two were weekend days to get custom made pens inexpensively. I contacted PENSRUS on Thursday afternoon 3/11/11 and had my custom made pens in hand the following Tuesday 3/15/11 at a price well with in our budget. They did a great job with the imprinting and the pens write great for an inexpensive pen. Great customer service, great product.

I recently placed my order with PENSRUS. Our church moved to a new location and we wanted personalized ink pens to commemorate the event. I needed a nice ink pen that was of good quality and, because we thought of ink pens at the last minute, I needed them fast for the special event day. PENSRUS exceeded my expectation. I have been VERY VERY pleased with this company. From the moment I went to their website, to the time I spoke with them on the phone, to the time I sent follow up communication via email through the moment the ink pens arrived, EARLY, at my doorstep. I have ordered from pensrus.com twice in the past 2 years. The first set of pens were perfect - they are a beautiful burgundy color with a comfortable grip and flawless engraving that write smoothly. I ordered another set of pens a few weeks ago, a different style pen (the Monte Cristo) in cinnamon with gold engraving and I am shocked to say that I love them even more! Customer service is excellent, they answer my questions instantaneously, and most info is provided in the order-confirmation email. Pensrus will always have my business.

I would like to say how happy I am that I have been doing business with these guys. Recently we had what would be considered a huge problem with an existing order. The order was on time and the items were correct but functionality was sub par. I addressed Sandy about our issue and without hesitation she handled it immediately.
Once I did what Sandy asked me to do for purposes of following protocol she then took charge of the situation. Within maybe 48 hours I already had a new proof of the item and the following Monday my order was reshipped.
These guys are someone I will continue to do business with for a very long time simply for the customer service. We all know how hard that is to find these days.
I might add that this was handled with no questions asked or hesitation.

In placing my 2nd order at PENSRUS, I noticed the TrustLink logo on their home page and wanted to share my experiences from my 1st order.
In May of this year, I realized I was out of promo pens 1 week before our largest tradeshow.
I placed an order with PENSRUS for pens on a Wednesday and received my pens on Friday. Not only was I extremely relieved to have the pens in time for the show, I was really pleased with the quality of the pens. These guys saved my bacon. And I couldn’t find lower prices anywhere else on that same pen.
Definitely recommend the folks at PENSRUS.

Needed pens with my business name on them. Found Pensrus on Bing first then looked at other places doing the same thing. Liked the free shipping and price guarantee but their price was already good.
Got the pens in about 2 weeks and really liked them. Customers did, too. Came back to place another order and saw this link. All other small business people should know these guys do a real good job for a good price.
Best part was no surprises - everything happened just like it should. That's important when your time is money.
