We had the privilege of having Paul Hurst sell our home for us this past winter. I've been in the real estate development and management business for over 25 years. My wife and I met Paul at an open house he was sitting. We knew right away there was something special about him. When we shared with him what we had in mind he was able to supply us with all the information we needed to know to begin to make a quality decision. Paul decided to think out of the box and showed us some homes we hadn't even considered and not long after we were in negotiations to buy. During the entire process Paul was an exceedingly capable and competent negotiator and counsel. We made our deal at a fair price and couldn't be more delighted with our new home. Throughout the process and to this day, many days past the close of escrow, Paul has been there to offer assistance and help us. I can only say that with Paul you are getting an advocate who not only knows the market and what's on the market but also a consummate professional. We have had Paul find our dream house and sell our former house. In both instances he was timely, professional, and performed just as he said he would. I found him to be more of a business man than a broker, that is he approached the challenges as one would face a business proposition. This suited our needs and expectations perfectly.
This made what usually is a very stressful situation into one that went according to plan and with few unexpected problems.
I would recommend Paul very highly if you are looking for a true partner in the house business. I think if you meet him and experience his enthusiasm and professional knowledge, you will feel the same way.
