We recently closed a refinance loan that we obtained through Ratecomb. When we started the process, we were skeptical because the rate was much lower than other sites/lenders, but it was for real. Rohit, Shruthi, Abhishek and crew at Ratecomb were patient and helpful, and answered our questions clearly and thoughtfully, and with a sense of humor. They also explained up front how they were able to offer a better deal than many others. Our loan closed well before the end of our rate lock period (it probably helped that we had all our documentation ready to go). Communications were primarily via email, which was nice. Although our loan has not yet been transferred to another party (which we expect), so far so good, and we would recommend Ratecomb highly. Thank you!

We just finished re-financing with Ratecomb. I monitored the rate for some time before decided to start the process. Ratecomb.com is very useful website with real time rates. I really like that most of the process went through emails - Ratecomb team responded promptly and answered all my questions. Clients also can call Rohit and ask questions over the phone if needed. I was advised about any changes in the Loan conditions due to appraisal/lock change in advance. There were a few bumps on the road when I wasn't notified that my fax didn't go through on time, funding was delayed for 2 days - but it's really minor stuff. We were able to close in 27 days, there were no surprises at the closing - everything they promised they delivered. I would definitely use Ratecomb services in the future for refinance.

Hats off to Mr. Rohit Jain, Ms Shruthi and the Ratecomb Processing Team! Mr Jain have been very understanding of my situation. He was very patient and informative throughout the process of our Refi. He had no qualms about answering my meticulous questions thru the e-mail. I never felt that a conversation or correspondence with him belittling or an unnecessary process because he did not mind explaining. He was really very patient, very polite all the time and very professional! Has a good sense of humor too! Ms. Shruthi have been straight to the point in acknowledging and answering my questions as the HAARP program is nearing its deadline date. I know she and her Ratecomb processing team have been working very hard in the background especially that we have a second position with another lender/bank. (Do not mistake me my wife an I did our part too--which is just appropriate). Lastly, I think if you have people working together like a team as this rest assured they will be working for your best interest. I know Ratecomb will have more clients even in these challenging times. God bless you Mr. Jain, Shruthi and the rest of your Ratecomb processing team!

I rarely write a review unless it’s truly a remarkable experience. We recently went through a very complicated refinance loan and Ratecomb has provided us quite a few solutions and alternative options to ease the process. It turned out simplicity, seamlessness and in a timely fashion. It’s a great experience with Ratecomb. They provide an excellent customer service, especially Rohit Jain. It’s a pleasure experience to work with him. He is very responsive, very helpful, very nice and very professional! In addition, Shruthi has added a great value to ease our refinance done with a very good and competitive rate. They really delivered what they promised us. We’re very satisfied with services that we received and we would highly recommend Ratecomb to family, relative, friends and everyone.

Ratecomb did a fantastic job getting my loan at a great rate! They are wonderful to work with - polite, thorough, reliable - and they do not try to make any changes at the last minute. They returned my calls quickly and answered all of my questions. They actually made getting a loan fun!!!

They did a wonderful job helping me close my refi loan. I had a couple hangups on my process of getting it done, but

I would highly recommend Ratecomb for the excellent service and great rates. We recently closed on a short sale purchase; the experience though daunting and time consuming, was helped along with extremely helpful Simermeet and Shruthi. They worked closely with my real estate agent and made sure all documents and forms get done right and on time, right from pre-approval to closing. Very patient while answering all my questions and were always just a phone call away. We were able to close within 30 days and got a very good rate. Very satisfied.

I needed to fund and close my Mortgage within a 30 day window because I had a 30 day rate lock. Shruthi Manish was the person I worked with, and she did an excellent job of letting me know what I needed to do to fund on time, and also worked on a daily basis with Caliber Funding(Lender),to ensure things were moving along for my close date. Shruthi kept me informed throughout the process and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. I also was able to get a great rate, as I checked every where and ratecomb was and is the best deal in town. Thanks again to Shruthi and her team for getting me my mortgage. James Foley

I normally don't write reviews, unless my experience was either ghastly horrific or remarkably outstanding. My refinance with Ratecomb.com was the latter, especially in my interactions with Simermeet and Shruthi! They were very responsive and delivered what they promised. We closed with an incredible rate and at a fabulous deal!
I shopped around quite a bit for a good refinance rate and even began the process with another lender only to stumble onto Ratecomb.com. The rates at Ratecomb.com are very competitive and I was weary at first dealing primarily through the internet. Everything turned out well an I'm very happy with the experience. I will definitely recommend Ratecomb.com to family and friends.
