High pressure sales


I agreed to do a couple large improvements with this company, but changed my mind when their rep wanted me to sign a waiver for California's right to cancel within three days. He said it was so they could begin work immediately, but my situation was not urgent whatsoever. So then I did some research on line and realized their prices are on the highest end of the scale.

I am always skeptical when I order service on my home. Having that said, your technician Steve walked me through the problem and solution and then gave me a reasonable price. I will use Reliance Home Services again.

Not a company for me. I found them to be unreliable, buying a car was easier than dealing with them. I truly felt that all they wanted was my money, they weren't getting it from me. I actually used Dutton and had it 40% cheaper .

Kyle, we appreciate the feedback. We're very upset that we weren't able to win your trust and that you found us to be unreliable. More then anything, we always want our customers to have an excellent experience with us. We'd like to learn more about this service call (i.e. who the technician was, why you felt uncomfortable, etc.). Please call us and ask to speak with a supervisor. We're always trying to better ourselves and better serve our customers.

Not a true service company that should be in business,especially with a name that they call RELIANCE. You would think in these hard times that a company would show up on time,and provide a service that one would call back.I just didn't have that experience that i showed have had.I guess thats what i get for going for a cheap coupon. I finally called out pete the plumber who did an excellent job,i will be going online to give them the positive review next.

Do not use this Company if you are having any kind of problems. They are not honest and they overcharge you on all their work. I am having the worst experience I've ever had with this company. Found out that they charged me to double the amount for a plumbing job they did for me. I trusted these people and they took me for a ride. I just don't want any other consumer to have to go through they same experience.

Kins, first, I'm very apologetic that you're having the worst experience of your life with our company. Have you spoken with a supervisor? We do not know your name or address so it's difficult to try and remedy this situation for you. Please call us and we will address this for you. Having said that, I feel it necessary to say we take our customers' satisfaction very seriously. We've been in business for over 60 years. We have a A+ rating with the BBB. We have serviced thousands and thousands of satisfied customers, so the idea that we are dishonest and overcharge for our work is simply not true. We empathize with you're having a bad experience, and we genuinely want to try and change that. Please call and ask to speak with a supervisor.

I gave these folks a try because i needed a few things done around the house.To THERE DEFENSE THEY WERE ON TIME clean.But this 49.00 dollar special is NOT really a special VERY disapointing ! It was a simple clog that they wanted to sell me a water blast for 695.00.NO THANKS!

Hello Harry, We sincerely regret your disappointment. We try our best to satisfy all our customers, all the time and are proud of our long and successful track record. We have fulfilled literally thousands of special discount offers and the great majority of them are simple snaking procedures. We always stand behind what we offer, but unfortunately not every drain backup is "created equal". I'm sure that our technician tried his best to clear your drain with the snake, but was unable to do so. We do not know your name and address, so if you would like us to investigate further, please give us a call and ask to speak to a manager.

I will make this short and sweet " i left a check with my house keeper for the 49.00 drain special cleaning" my house keeper stated that the plumber wasnt happy and left the house with a terrible attitude......bottom line is that he couldnt squeeze any more money out of me and didnt like it. So my advice especially to single ladies is to leave the check for the special AND THAT IS IT! I did get a second opinion just to make sure and all it was was a little debris down further ,so there special doesnt do anything really effective!

We have used Reliance Home Services over the years for several of our commercial properties. They are responsive... They are good about getting there, no matter what the emergency might be.

THESE GUYS ARE A BIG SCAM WATCH OUT !!!! LOOK AT ALL THE 21 COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE RECIEVED ON THIS BBB COMPAINT REPORT ALONE. They actually have been many companies,Clark, Burbank plumbing,Drain surgeon...So if you do go with them watch for the plumber to show up like they did me and they call you and show all the work that needs to have done for alot more money.Buyers beware !!!!

I called Mr. Feliciano on his cell phone thinking that I was probably intruding on his Saturday evening to see if he could come back to my house. But he dutifully came back and worked for 2 hours fixing the problem. He did not once complain, he did not make it seem like it was any big deal, and he went about his business in a very professional manner.
