Look no farther
This is THE company to use to sell your gold. I was very nervous about sending my jewelry through the mail and trusting the company on the other end. I had done a lot of research and there are a lot of shady companies in this business . . . but the reviews for this company were outstanding . . . and they have lived up to all of the wonderful things I have read about them. Honest, courteous, communicative are just a few words that come to mind. Laurie B. was a dream to work with. I called after they had received my jewelry as I had some concerns about the value placed on one of my pieces. She was so helpful and patient and we came to an agreement that was fair all around. If you have questions or concerns, call them . . . they are the nicest people . . so rare in business these days. I never write reviews online, but I was motivated to in this case. This company is OUTSTANDING :):):) Love them!

I sent them my jewelry right away and a day later I got a offer. I was very happy how fast it took, I new this place wasn't a scam because I saw a review on NBC did about them so if u have any jewelry to get rid of I would go to them they are real and honest

Wonderful Company
Vacation is coming up and I wanted to get a little extra spending money. I sent some rings, pendants and earrings to Sellyourgold.com for an appraisal. From reading about them on their website, it sounded like a no risk situation...and it was for me. My kit came in and I sent it back with my items, tracked it on-line through FedEx and received my offer the day it was received by them. I dealt with Katlin and she was wonderful and quick to respond to my questions. I decided to accept an offer but with the stipluation they would send me back my gold hoop earrings. Katlin said no problem and the payment is already pending in my bank account...the same day I accepted the offer. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

very Impressed, very pleased, excellent customer service!
Got on for the first time at sellyourgold.com not knowing how to do it. I easily found the chat feature at the bottom of the screen and clicked on it. Niki was the first to help me and answered all of my questions. I love love love this feature and the very quick response. She took my info and mailed me out a packet which I recieved at the time she said. I filled the package, took to a fedex dropp off and that was it!! done!! Within 24 hours the money was in my paypal account. I love sellyourgold.com because even for a first timer it was so easy and everyone is awesome! They provided excellent customer service which is rare these days. I will be back again doing business with them soon!

Pleasantly surprised!
Saw this ad and was skeptical. Did some reviews and saw that unlike many other sell your gold companies, sellyourgold.com had great reviews. We have been on a house purge kick and I was still in the mood to do some cleaning. Ordered the kit, which came in two days (you can print your own stuff online, but I was not in any hurry). Sent in a few old necklace charms, rings, etc. that were just collecting dust in my jewelry box and got an offer for $386. I knew a couple of things might not be worth anything so I asked for details on the offer and one thing I thought might not be worth anything was worth over $65--surprise, surprise. My husband was even pleasantly surprised. Laurie, who I chatted with online, was a great help in providing details when asked. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Didn't take their offer, but was happy with customer service
Sent three pieces to them, and got a prompt offer. It was lower than my local jeweler (and I have been told jewelers are notorious for bad offers). I told them their offer was too low, and then they said they could negotiate. Personally, I don't like to negotiate...just give me a fair, no nonsense offer. I said I would rather not negotiate, and they said no problem. They sent back my jewelry FedEx as promised. No cost to me whatsoever. I was extremely impressed by their customer service!

Glad I found them
Recently my wife and I had some gold we wanted to sell. We were inundated with ads for local jewelers and we went to some of them and got some offers. Then a friend told me he had had good luck with sellyourgold.com and suggested we give them a try. It is a nothing to lose proposition. They pay to ship your gold to them and if you don't like their offer they pay to return it to you. We sent for a gold pack envelope from them and mailed in our gold. And am I glad we did. Their offer was significantly better than the best offer we got locally. The transaction was completed and the money was wired into our account the same day. You don't get better than that. A very professional organization. Would do business with them again in a hearbeat!
