I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Safe-Way Moving. They confirmed my appointment, showed up in a timely manner and two of the nicest men moved my furniture. They were polite,cheerful, kind and took great care of my items. I will recommend this company to anyone I know that is moving and if I move again, I will definitely call Safe-Way Moving to help me. Safe-Way Moving is probably the best moving company I've ever worked with. Mike (the manager) was very professional and treated me like I was a valued customer. He was organized and spent much time on the phone with me to discuss the details, then he followed this up with a detailed email outlining the charges, etc. There were no "gotchas" or hidden surprises on the cost; something that many moving companies do.
Additionally, the movers were on time, professional, very careful and meticulous with the details of wrapping and getting stuff (even breakables) on the truck and delivered. Nothing was broken, no walls were damaged.
We have since recommended this company to five friends and co-workers who coincidentally were moving just after we did. Each one had the same pleasant experience!
Moving is stressful enough so it's nice to know that there are moving companies out there that you can trust.

Safe-Way Moving performed my household move on June 4th and June 5th. Scott and Eric were the movers, they showed up at my residence on time and they handled my items with care. I was pleased with the results of the moving and there were no hidden charges. I would definitely use Safe-Way Moving again.

We've all experienced "Mover Hell" but Safe-Way Moving helped erase those bad memories and renew my faith that there are still people who care very much about providing excellent service. Our belongings were handled with care. There was more than one occasion where I saw extra efforts and preventative measures taken to assure my furniture arrived in excellent condition. One table did, unfortunately, get damaged. I called Mike and he immediately sent out an expert woodworker. The table is now in better condition than it has been in years. Safe-Way was recommended to me by two friends and I am happy to have a moving company that I can recommend, unconditionally. That is much better than sharing my old "moving hell" stories. Thanks Mike, Ken and Bob.

I decided to use professional movers for this move because all my past moves relying on 'friends' just never worked out. With severe arthritis, I no longer could physically move myself. Safe-Way proved to be 100% reliable and absolutely delivered exactly what was promised. They showed up earlier than scheduled and immediately went right to work. It was a quick move (and I moved over 50 miles away). The movers were professional, friendly and quite accommodating. I will absolutely use this mover for any future moves. They are reasonably priced and truly take the stress out of a move. I felt very comfortable with them handling my belongings.

We had 2 moving experiences with Safe-way moving in the San Diego area - one smaller move and one larger move. There was a scheduling glitch with the first move, and as soon as Mike became aware of it he went above and beyond to fix it. To me, the responsiveness of a business when a glitch arises is the best test of customer service, and Safe-way passed with flying colors! The Safe-way movers were efficient, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend working with this company - they know how to treat the customer right!

I am very pleased with all aspects of the service I received from Safe-Way. They were on time, fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Ronnie and Frank were great and they handled my belongings thoughtfully and with care. They were very mindful of "the clock" since I was being charged by the hour. They even had extra boxes for me to use for last minute items I needed to pack. Safe-Way's hourly rate is fair and competitive, too. And there were no hidden or surprise charges. I was very nervous about picking a company to move with until Greg came out and gave me an estimate. I felt the warmth of his honesty and I decided to move forward with this company. I have moved over 25 times. Mike and the crew at Safeway Moving are by far the best in the business. The professionalism started from the initial call to set up the move and continued until the crew left my new house. These guys know what they are doing. They will show up on time as promissed and deliver! When you use their services you will be pleasantly surprised by the no hassle down to earth work ethic! Great job Safeway!

I could NOT be more pleased with the crew that moved me today. They were the "BOMB", AWESOME, Curteous, Friendly, Helpful, and hussled like crazy! The move went faster that I expected and with NO complications! If I ever move again I would request the same crew! I had Safeway move my home and my business. Both times were a great experience compared to the 12 other times I have moved. Great customer service. Great movers. No damage. Stuck to their word. No hidden costs. I highly recommend this company.

4 Great moves in the last 4 years !
Safe-Way just finished moving us for the 4th time in 4 years. And, as usual, they were great. All the accolades fit: On time, professional, courteous, fast, careful and reasonably priced. And when we asked for special care for an item it was taken care of with no hassle.
And I just placed an order to move my brother-in-law's things so we will have used them 5 times.
Previously I did some comparison shopping and some of the other guys were definitely more expensive. They also wanted extra fees for things like wardrobe boxes. Not so with Safe-Way. They had everything we needed and there were no hidden fees.
I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
