Great Information package for Private Investigator Exam
I had spent over $400 trying to find the right study material to pass the exam. I took the exam a year ago and failed. Two days before I retested this month I found the Crime Bulletin Website. I spoke with Shaun and with his assistance and his study materials I passed the exam with flying colors. The Simulator and Pre Tests were so helpful. I encourage anyone that is going to take the exam to invest in this study package. You will not regret it. The customer service is unbelievable.

PPO Simulator & Study Guides
On December 2011 I studied the PPO simulator and took the PPO exam for the second time and was happy to pass with a high score.
For my first try at the exam, I had studied the BSIS black book and the booklets that they provided me. These materials supposedly had all the information that I needed to know to pass the exam but during my course of study I realized that it was all too unorganized and broad on topic causing confusion. As you may have figured these materials were not helpful enough and I failed my first try. Disappointed but not discouraged, I set out to find new methods to learn the curriculum and came upon Shaun’s PPO Simulator.
At first I was hesitant to spend my money on an online course, but after doing careful research I learned that this PPO study guide was cheaper than other online courses on the internet. After reading other reviews on the PPO Simulator I finally made up my mind to give it a try and boy, was that the smartest decision I’ve made for this test. The Simulator consists of sample questions carefully chosen to help you understand the main points of the subject. Many of the questions have detailed explanations of the main focus of the question, and that really helps you understand the underlying logic. I studied the simulator for about 2 weeks and passed the exam and never regretted the money I spent. This well designed study guide is simple to understand and easy to follow. You get the materials right away through the website and the best part is you can access it from any computer with internet.
I highly recommend Shaun’s PPO Simulator for anybody that wants to pass the exam.

VERY HELPFUL
Thanks Shaun for explaining the product features..It really helped out tremendously..As I told you, I bought the book by David Queen but added with your practice test questions, I was prepared to take the state test..I passed on the first attempt..I received the BSIS package but it was like walking in a jungle without a compass..Your questions and answers
helped out tremendously because you added an explanation to answers and the codes, past cases that supported them..Anyone can memorize the questions and answers but will never be effective in understanding the actual test questions..It's a great study guide if the person really wants to and effective professional..Thanks again..

Best PI Preparation EVER
Coupled with my experience, I used several books, the Private Investigators Act, and the Sundahl & Associates PI Exam Simulator. Without a doubt, the PI Exam Simulator the most valuable resource I used to prepare me to take my exam. PPO Simulator + PPO Study Guide is all you need to pass.... I did.
I wanted to take a second to recognize Shaun Sundahl and Sundahl & Associates, Inc. He has put together a one stop approach to studying for the California BSIS PPO exam. I was able to glean about 45% of knowledge required from the BSIS study materials and was stuck. I knew there was more information out there. After exhaustive web searches with nothing reliable, I made the decision to take a chance on Shaun. The PPO Simulator and PPO Study Guide was the answer. His products are clear and concise and absolutely made the difference between me passing and waisting more valuable time with studying and retakes. This System Helped Me Pass The California Private Investigator Exam
Your system was an excellent tool for exam preparation. I'd recommend
it to anyone studying for the CA PI exam, especially as a solid
element of a well rounded study program as recommended by BSIS.
The great thing about your system is the ability to simulate the actual
computerized state exam via screen/mouse/keyboard simulation, as well
as the detailed information you provided as to the reasoning/law
behind the correct answers in your system. Your material was relevant
and helpful and the more you expand it, the better it will be.
On a more personal note, your ongoing availability and communication
via email and phone, offering additional support and knowledge as
needed, is a first rate bonus and essentially boils down to having a
very affordable private tutor throughout the study period.

FANTASTIC!!
Just when I thought I was ready to take the PPO test and pass it with flying colors, was I EVER sadly mistaken!!! (Now for a little background on why I thought that...I was a straight A student in high school, could take ANY test and ace it, Iv been a cop for 18 years, and I studied the material sent by BSIS for a month and practically had the books memorized.) How could I possibly fail a test that one would think I could take w my eyes closed since I was so "prepared"!! WRONG!! Unbeknownst to me, half of this test consisted of material I had never even seen b4, (althou im sure it was covered somewhere in the "other" study material... :-) ) Now in a panic, I frantically search the web 4 any type of help, and luckily 4 me, I found Sundahl and Associates! The material provided to me from powerpoints, to practice exams w answers and EXPLANATIONS, is the ONLY reason why I passed my test, with im guessing, "FLYING COLORS"! Im so excitied for my new venture as a PPO. Thanks a million Shaun!!!

PPO
Between April through September 2011, I took the PPO test three times only to come 1 to 3 questions short of passing on all three attempts. For those who have taken the test, BSIS only sends you approximately 60% of the test material, the remaining 40% falls under BSIS's other recommended material. You need 71% to pass.
My frustration lead me to search the web for possible answers to some of the test questions. That is when I came across Sundahl & Associates, Inc website. The site provided me with numerous issues that the test covered. Their site also allow you to take a practice test. I took their test and missed 7 questions. Unlike BSIS's test results, they provided the answer and an explanation to the questions you missed. THIS is what opened my eyes. BSIS exam ask tricky questions. On Dec 08, 2011, I went into my next exam armed with what I learned from Sundahl's website and passed the test. Some of the questions also appeared on the test. I owe a great gratitude to Shaun for having a website that provides a wealth of material and for allowing me to take the practice questions. I credited this site for helping me pass the exam.

PPO and PI Simulator
I have used both PPO and PI Simulators. I was able to pass the PPO exam on first try and currently preparing for the PI exam. I have found both outstanding, very instructional, relevant and current. The material is easy to study and understand. It truly prepared me for the actual exam setting. I highly recommend the PPO and PI Simulators to anyone, they are by far the best out there. Shaun was and has been available to my questions since day one, he is professional and knowledgeable on the field.

PI Exam Practice Test
I used the practice test as provided by Shaun of Sundahl and Associates. It helped to give me an idea about what the actual test would be like. I used Shaun's 3 section course, and passed the real test. Shaun gives prompt customer service via text message or email via the contact information provided on his site.
I have a couple co-workers/friends that are looking to take the exam and have recommended Shaun's service to them.
My experience with Shaun was within the last two weeks of writing this review.

I contacted Sundahl & Associates regarding information to study for the PPO test. I talked to Shaun and he emailed me a study test. After receiving and studying the material, I passed the test. Shaun was very helpful and honest and I would recommend Sundahl & Associates, Inc. for anyone that would be interested in taking the test for private patrol operator.
