Terry Moving and Storage provided top notch customer service. They were prompt and reasonable in price. I have moved a couple of times in the last year and every time the crew, especially Paul is polite, punctual, efficient and careful with the personal belongings of the people they are moving. Moving time again and for the third time I called Mark Terry of Terry Moving and Storaqe. This time I needed to put my posessions in storage because my new house was not ready yet. Mark was there with all the solutions I needed and provided his services again with flawless percision and at the best prices. if you really care about your valuable posessions, Marks crew really knows how to move everything while protecting it from damage. They are real pros. I highly recommend Terry Moving and Storage.

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!
I have moved several times before and it hasn't been the best experience! These moves were all by professionally know movers. When I had to move from Irvine California to Huntington Beach California. I thought I would consider along with my bids some local movers. When I called "Terry Moving", Mark Terry himself came to my home. I was so impressed with Mark after that visit. He was friendly and caring upfront kind of guy. From going through this experience numerous times I could tell he was highly knowledgeable in his profession. I choose to go with"Terry Moving" because they gave me the best competitive bid and I was also confident they would do a great job. I truly felt like I struck gold on moving day! They were on time, extremely efficient well organized, polite and friendly. It was the BEST moving experience from beginning to end!
Hard times hit and this time I not only needed to move my 4 bedroom home but also needed to put my things in storage. Because my first experience was so good with "Terry Moving" I called on them again. I found out that along with being movers they also provide storage. There storage facility is first class! It is a clean industrial building with temperture control and high security. They put everything in moving blankets and then shrink wrapped it. It was put into large containers for long term protection.
Now that I am ready to move once again from their storage there is no one else I would consider using. Moving has always been a stressful situation until I found "Terry Moving". I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best in moving or storage.

I've used Terry Moving and Storage 5-6 times now to move my family and also my mother. Every single time, they do a great job and are affordable. The movers are friendly and really respectful to my family, which makes a big difference in making it a good experience. The one time, I had some minor damage, the owner sent someone over immediately and addressed the issue to our satisfaction. They are a down-to-earth, local company that understand quality and affordability. Highly recommended.

Terry Moving was on time and on budget. The movers were professional and made sure all items arrived safely. They were polite and accommodated our last minute issues with our move. We have used Terry Moving on previous moves and have found them easy to work with and reasonable on price. I would recommend them to anyone needing an experienced and trusted moving company.

I just wanted to say what a great job Terry Movers, and Mike specifically, did on my move. My move was very last minute but they were up to the challenge. They were thorough and conscientious and cared about my stuff as if it was their own. Mike even helped us stack everything in our storage unit to make sure it was done properly. Not only was he a great mover, he was a great driver and maneuvered that big ol' truck like a pro!
I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I have had the pleasure of using Terry Movers twice. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. The truck arrived on time, with friendly and hardworking professionals who wasted no time. All items were handled with great care. The entire job was completed in less time than I could have imagined. The results were a pleasure to behold. A family-owned company, Mark and his staff seem to take particular pride in caring for your things as if they were their own. Just a quick note to tell you how AWESOME your movers RICK and JB are ~ My husband had used your services in the past few years and we used you for our move last December, but I had a “hands on” dealing with your crew this past move of my mom in Newport Beach.
JB and RICK were not only excellent at what they did as far as moving, packing, etc…..but the kindness and thoughtfulness they showed toward my mom was over the top !

Terry Moving proved to me, many times, to be a great service. During the past 10 years they've moved me three times, and each time my move was smooth, effortless, and trouble-free.
In fact, once I gave Terry Moving just two days notice for a move-out. They showed up on time, and literally had my 2-bedroom place packed in four hours. Plus (the best part) they didn't charge me extra for the last minute notice.
During my last moved they were so quiet that two neighbors came out to watch. In fact, the neighbors were so amazed at how they packed my furniture (including wrapping my mattress) that the neighbors took the Terry Moving contact information. No doubt they'll hire Terry Moving during their next move.
Terry Moving has moved three of my friends, and I'd recommend them for any large or small move. Very professional.

Terry Movers showed up on time and ready to work. I could not believe how quickly they moved our office. They had one gentleman wrapping breakables and the others were moving them out as fast as he could wrap them. Then, they followed me to a storage where they had to pick up a desk. Even though the desk was much larger and heavier than they bargained for, they took great care and rearranged some items already packed to accommodate the desk. I was so impressed.
If that was not kind enough, when we got to the office, my admittance card did not work. They waited, patiently, while I called people and tried to find security. Finally, I found a way in. They were so awesome. They waited almost an hour. However, even with the wait, they finished the move with time to spare. I am sure it was because of their genuine good attitude, their kind regard for those they are working for, and their care for the items they are moving.
All in all, they made this move a pleasure and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting their valuables moved right!

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service you have always given me. From moving to storage, and, how many times have you moved me, 8 houses! Not only do you and your men act completely professional but nothing has ever been misplaced of damaged. And, the storage units that I have, 12 crates, they have always been so well organized and everything in perfect shape. As you know I was just there two weeks ago and happy to see everything is as it always has been in it's place and no damage.

I have personally filed with the PUC against the company and owner and will have my day in court soon. Mr. Terry does not know how to tell the truth, underestimates costs grossly and then holds your goods for ransom until he is paid in cash. His business practices are unprofessional and dishonest. I received a paid full balance on my "Pre-paid" move, was charged again the actual day of the move and forced to pay ransom money on the delivery day or my goods would not be delivered. I did not have a choice. Pay up or not get my goods. I wish I could find something nice to say about this company, but I just can't.

It may be that it was not a busy time of the year that I had a good experience,. But in the past my experience with other online moves my experience was terrible.
Mark got back to me in a timely manner and worked with me to schedule my move when I needed it to happen. He was able to give me a "Not to exceed price" and a good price for moving my auto. He owns his own truck and does not contract out. His driver, "Tony," was wonderful". He packed the truck as well as delivered it. He went out of his way to assure that all of my things were packed properly without extra hidden charges.
