I've always had an interest in antiques and rarities, and I'm very pleased with my purchases from United Rare Coins. My Account Executive and their extremely knowledgable in-house numismatist spent a long time with me educating me on numismatic rarities, and when I was ready to make my acquisitions, they were able to acquire the exact coins I wanted at auction. I just received my shipment of metals. My coins look great, and I'm really happy with my decision to go with United for my purchase. My wife and I just completed rolling over our retirement accounts with the help of the dedicated IRA department at United Rare Coins. I've referred a couple of my friends already to United Rare Coins. The gold coins which I've held for a year and a half now have accrued in value. I also have a Precious Metals IRA with them, and have always had a positive experience dealing with their dedicated IRA services department. My account executive has always been very conscientious and calls me on a regular basis to keep me updated on how my acquisitions are doing in the market. The thing that really impressed me about United Rare Coins is how they took the time to educate me about what I was purchasing and how to best invest my money. I was leaning towards purchasing a coin that was not going to yield as much vaule for my dollar, and my sales rep said "why would you want to buy something that costs you more money per ounce?" He could have easily transacted the sale and not taken time to help me comprehend what I was doing. My rep told me that the company wants to do the right thing, they want repeat customers. He gave me the calculations so I could figure out everything on my own. I am very pleased with my experience with United Rare Coins. They were very fair and pleasant and the customer service was excellent.

I feel very comfortable and satisfied with my complete experience at United Rare Coins. I enjoy dealing with the entire staff, from the person who answers the phone all the way up to my account executive. Although there are so many precious metals companies out there, United is the only place to buy from as far as I am concerned. Out here, we need most of our income just to get by, and we are careful when choosing where to invest what little money we can save. I have and will continue to recommend United to my friends and colleagues.

Let's see, I have purchased both Silver and Gold to hold privately. United has always been very helpful and what I like is they took time over the months to educate me in all the areas of buying unlike most companies that just want to sell you whatever they can get cheap and sell high. They never rushed me in fact when I was ready to buy the first time that recommended I start with a small amount to see how the process worked so that's just what I did, then I bought more and more over the months. I recently retired and I did a rollover witih my 401k into a Gold IRA and they made it so easy.
FYI - I also had to deal with the URL change during the IRA but it was no problem since the old URL continued to work as it still does as of this review and I never had any problems contacting my rep. I have made purchases of over $100,000.00 over the last 6 months. I would recommend them anyone that is thinking about investing in Gold or Silver.

United Rare Coins changed their URL without notice and did not post a redirect page. E-mails to representatives were sent back as undeliverable. Lots of money involved here, but no info.....no contact.
