for transactions we process. Virsacom only uses verified quality toners and ink cartridges specifically designed for maximum document print quality. Manufacturer’s warranties will apply on all original manufacturers (OEM) supplies by Virsacom. The independent
sales company will verify the initial sales order the following business day by telephone, fax, or online verification, and will outline that the customer ordering the merchandise is authorized to do so, that there is a billing and that the sales company is
not representing a local supplier. Fax return requests to 800-604-2054 and include a copy of your invoice and an email address or fax number in order to receive a pre-paid UPS return label. Pertaining to the weight of old UPS shipments: If the customer contacts
UPS directly in regards to their claim, they will be informed that accurate weight information cannot be stored by their servers past a certain date. They can confirm that the tracking number references a PACKAGE NOT a letter. The claim is absurd. The customer
in the complaint below, and any others that try and jump on their bandwagon, is simply trying to avoid paying a past due invoice for product that they used.

They get 0 Stars!
This company calls saying they have an order for your sharp product in back order and needed to verify that it is still needed so they can ship it. They are making stuff up. If you ask them what company they are will they will hang up. They then send you an invoice via UPS so they have a tracking # of a supposed "toner delivery". They don’t push for payment on this fake delivery until a few months pass so most companies don’t remember what they received. They will send you proof of delivery with the UPS tracking # of the invoice they sent. Our toner weighs 6 lbs and their proof of delivery was for a 1 lbs invoice. We have turned them into the BBB and our state fraud division.

Telemarking Fraud - A Slam Scam
This disreputable company appears to have called our office, got the answering Customer Support Rep's name and one of our printer model types and then sent a print cartridge to our company via UPS without our knowledge, order or authorization. They then invoiced us $522 months later for a cartridge we can buy anywhere for ~$70. When I called them about this I was told, and I quote here (their words, not mine); "maybe you should just stick it up your butt." My experience = they are not nice, they commit fraud ... if you've had this experience with them may I suggest you FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATE'S ATTY GENERAL. I did.

This company FRAUDS it customers by lying and saying they are calling from your service company. Then they bully your employees into accepting deliveries and then bill you for them 14 days later. When you call to question or complain they hang up on you. BEWARE they have 5 complaints with the Better Business Bureau!!
