In November 2009, I began work as a Legal Analyst with the Vokshori Law Group. I took this offer of employment, because of something I read on the website for the firm. The Managing Partner, Steven Vokshori, explained in some detail, that it was his mission to defend the defenseless against the large bank and corporations that had been destroying families and ruining lives. This struck a chord with me, as I had recently witnessed my best friend of 20 plus years, suffer a similar face as untold millions of Americans who were dealing with the onset of the mortgage crisis.

During the course of my employment at VLG, we fulfilled this mission statement and then some. As a group, we strove every day to keep families intact and lives on track. From the elderly on fixed income, to the young couple who recently purchased their first home, we fought vigorously to fight against the unfair practices that were being used to harass and denigrate people who were already suffering economic hardships. I am proud to say that we were more than successful in our attempts to do so. With all that weighed in favor of the banks and against the mortgagee, we were still about to use our considerable knowledge, skill and most importantly, our compassion to convince the servicing entities to allow our clients a second, or sometimes a third chance.

It was my pleasure to work alongside seasoned professionals, who used their kindness, skill and compassion to show empathy to the clients we served, and at the same time aggressively fight for reasonable remedies to the problems suffered by our clients. Unlike the claims of many commercial advertisements regarding the modification process, we did not inflate our claims of success. To the contrary, we attempt to look at the totality of the causes faced by our clients, and provide common sense solutions that would allow them the breathing room they needed often times to resolve other issues.

Through this process I have seen heartache, illness and even death. It is because of this that the employees of VLG took our jobs so seriously. To a man, it was more than just a job. We knew that our work often times whether or not children would remain in the only home they have ever known, or whether a family would stay intact at all. Because of the advantages provided the lending and servicing entities, and the predatory way in which some loans were constructed, we were not always successful; but that was NEVER due to lack of effort. At no time could it be said that a full measure of effort was not given in each and every situation. We were real people too, and these situations resonated with us on a very personal level. These were not just our clients, these were our families we were fighting for, and sometimes that level of concern and commitment was all that was needed to win the day and gain some measure of satisfaction for people we genuinely cared for. We always fought the good fight.

Former Clients Testomonials...

My experience with VLG was teriffic. From the time I made the initial call to signing all the documents at the close of the modification I was treated with repect and understanding. I was so happy with the service I received from VLG that I refered friends to them. I will say that VLG had the toughest job dealing with my old morgage company. He kept me up to date on all aspects of the modification process. I was thankful the VLG did well for me.

Sincerely :
Maureen MacKenzie

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to let you know that I had my loan modification process with VLG. From the first day VLG helped me and guided me through this nerve wracking process and I could not been happier. The process was very lengthy and arduous but VLG helped me in every step of the way and we were able to get my loan modification. To the VLG staff, I appreciate your professionalisms and all of your patience throughout his process.

Sincerely,
Fatima Ara

I have been working with Vokshori Law Group for the past several months to secure a Home Modification. My experience has been rewarding as I have been guided through the process in a professional, confident and caring manner. I find the group to be very knowledgeable and successful in their efforts. I have been able to relax and trust their expertise; which is comforting.

A friend of mine told me about Vokshori Law Group. I had tried to get my mortgage modified and was denied by Bank of America. The people at Vokshori told me they would take care of everything if I wanted to apply again. I am still waiting to find out but, there is nothing better than the weight being lifted off my shoulders and less headaches by letting Joy, Brandon and Nadia handle the work. I should know very soon now. Thank you all

Thanks to the Law Firm Vokshori Law Group, I was able to keep my home. I tried to modify my home on my own, did everything that Bank of America had asked of me, and yet I was still losing my home. Frustrated with Bank of America and all the run around that they were giving me, I found Vokshori Law Group. After telling the firm of my situation, they were able to help me out. It wasn't tell then that Bank of America finally began to cooperate. After a long process, the firm was able to get my home modified, and I got to keep my home with out having to worry where will I live now. Thanks so much Vokshori Law Group:-)

Vokshori law group- I have been working on a rate modification.
The banks make me feel like I must give up on my home.First, I dealt with Joy and she is wonderful and no nonsense. She gets back to me in a timely fashion and shows that she knows her stuff and also cares. Today,I was lucky enough to deal with Stephen Vokshori and he was kind enough to take the time to help me with my options. I would highly recomend this firm. Law firms need to have integrity and I feel like they are looking out for my best interest. Now I need a miracle with the banks. Thanks so much for everything Vokshori Law.

They were great, I did my re-modification through BofA and I knew going in that the bank was going to be a tough sell. But the people at Vokshori stay with me and on the job to end, I was kept updated even when the delays became extended and the process seemed to drag on. I was given good timely advice and no sugar coating. This is ms first experience with a law group of any type, but I will say this these people are professional, honest and truly car about there clients.
