David Johnson is a hard working pro with lots of experience. We manage about 100 rental homes and when we call David, he is quick to respond and communicates very well through the process and guarantees his work.

WNC Repairs has done many jobs for me, both personal and business. He has finished the job in a reasonable time. Offers an estimate up front. He does a good job and leaves a clean job site. There have been many occasions that David has done maintenance or repairs for us and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any individual or business. His work has been superior and we have found David to be extremely trustworthy, honest and up front in all aspects of his work, there are no surprises! My daughter lives in Whittier NC and I live in West Union SC. After a recent wind storm my daughter discovered some missing roof shingles along with a slight roof leak. Not knowing who to call I started with Western Carolina Property's. I explained my plight and asked the Lady if she could refer me to someone that might be able to help me out. She gave me the number for Dave Johnson of Western North Carolina Repairs LLC. I contacted Dave and explained to him what my problem was. This was over Memorial Day Weekend and Dave was visiting family in Georgia and he told that he would be back Monday and would take care of our problem on Tuesday. Dave called My daughter and got directions and they agreed on a time. Dave showed up and promptly took care of the repairs identified, and inspected the roof and found a couple of other issues and took care of those also. Dave followed up with emailed pictures of the before and after shots. I was very pleased with Dave's professionalism and quick response and fair pricing. It's not easy to find someone who will do small jobs like this so Dave is on my list of numbers to call when I need help whether the job be large or small. So thank you Western Carolina Properties And thank You Dave Johnson for being there when I was in need.

Through the past four years David Johnson has done some smaller jobs for me and in 2008 he transformed two rooms into one beautiful room and a year later one other room needed to be updated with the rest of the house and he did a great job. Not only does David do beautiful work but he takes great pride in pleasing the client and is trustworthy. There were many times I left him with the key to my house with no worries. When he is finished for the day he cleans up the site, never a mess. I would highly recommend David Johnson for any job you might have, you will be very satisfied!!

Had kitchen and bathroom remodeled in my home by this company and was a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and am using this company for all my home maintenance needs. Always on time and extremely curtious. Excellent service and prices!!!!
