be careful
although they were very easy and fast they did not inform me that i was donating the car and only offered me $150 did not know any better but the ppl who picked up my car said i should have gotten $500 for the car the paper work said i was giving the rest to charity. feel they should have given me the option if i wanted to donate the $350 to a charity or not, very deceiving

Very pleased!!!
I just had my first experience with webuycars.com and I did not know it would be that easy. I spoke to someone at 5pm and Clyde was here by 10am the next day. He was very friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Within two hours I had a check in my hand for a wonderful amount. I will definitely use them again if need be. Transaction conducted as advertised.
I was scared about trying to sell my car in the usual ways i.e. personal ads on the internet, etc. However, when i found this company's ad via a Google search and saw they were members of the Better Business Bureau, insured and bonded, i was willing to take a chance. They totally lived up to their ad. I started with their on-line chat which led me to feel that setting up appointment with their appraiser was worthwhile. I had an appointment in less than two hours on the same day i contacted them. The appraiser, Geoff, was courteous and made no promises his company could not keep. We went through a couple of rounds of negotiations and finally came to an agreement. Based on the soft market for used cars, i am satisfied with the final purchase price.

Fast, friendly service
They came out to me fairly quickly, despite rush hour traffic, assessed the car quickly, and got rid of my clunker. 199k miles on my poor Echo. Mark was very helpful, answering all of my wife's and my questions, and dulled the blow of a painful loss. I'd been through a couple of rough jobs and a couple near-death experiences in that car, so I feel like I lost a family member.

Having a pretty bad week with semi tragedy with my car. When Melissa answered the phone she made me feel like this process may be taking a turn for the better. Out of A Nasty Incident Came the Easiest Business Transaction Of My Life
I needed to sell a Range Rover that out of the blue had that (so the dealer told me) one in a million transmission pump go without any warning; cost to repair at the dealership that sold it and serviced it regularly in Bay Area was $8,500.00 (Rover running great, on main hwy makes horrible metal crunching sound...boom, stops running.) The service dept. said it also needed a few more minor repairs all of which would have cost me $10,000.
So....goodbye Range Rover that I loved and never had a problem with until then.
Now what to do? I looked & looked and no one would give me a minute of their time.
Fortunately, through a month long online seach I came across many positive reviews for Rodger who works for WeBuyCars.com
I contacted him, he was courteous and helpful and met me at the Dealership Service Dept the next day (where the Rover was parked). Within 1 hour the deal was made, he gave us an excellent price for it, had all the paperwork with him, met us at the bank and we had the check in hand and all DMV paperwork finished (he is a travelling DMV my husband said).
Rodger also then went back to the dealership and handled the vehicle being picked up and removed from the service dept (without my husband & I having to deal with them).
I highly recommend Rodger and this business. I wish everyone did business this friendly, honestly and easily; our country would not be in such a mess.
