Does anyone have any experience with Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, Inc (MRS) of Santa Ana, CA? They are a loan modification business.

If you're contemplating a loan modification, you should know that a new California law makes it illegal for a company to collect any money for loan modification services until after the services have been rendered.
