Simple Star: I am the Director of Human Resources in an entertainment company, as well as a teacher on resumes and interviewing techniques. Unfortunately I need to be a bit direct in order to help you. If I were to receive a resume that had poor grammar I would not consider it, even for the most entry level position. You cannot write as you speak, it does not work. Think of your resume as an extension of the best part of you...the professional you. I always advise my students to have at least 3 people audit their resume; hopefully one of those folks will be a teacher that notices every misplaced comma or misspelled word. Do not release your resume until it is perfect. Now to the matter of your previous company; I detect extreme bitterness and anger, which sounds understandable; however, do not under any circumstances bring that attitude into an interview. Your prospective employer does not want an angry employee and will only envision your anger turning on them someday. You should always remain professional. Good luck to you.

Simple Star,

The truth is, employers are not required to notify you or reveal the status of your application when you send them a resume. The job market is terrible and I feel for you. I can't help but wonder though if your resume is written well enough to garner interest from employers. I would try to brush up on basic business writing and make sure you are presenting yourself as well as possible (be sure to see that your resume has not typos, no spelling errors, don't use all caps, etc). Good luck!
