OAN Services on my phone bill - a scam?

Anyone out there ever worked with OAN Services, Inc. which is a "billing company" for something called KeySecure Inc? I have just discovered a $39.95 charge per month on my company's AT&T bill represented under these two names. When I call KeySecure they say they provide customer protection services and scramble information so that no one can steal our customers' CC numbers. They have name of one of our employees as the person who "authorized" the charge but this employee has no recollection of doing so. I think we've been scammed. Any other companies had a similar experience?

Carol, It appears as though KeySecure is located in Florida. You may want to file your concerns as a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Business-Report/Key-Secure-Inc-92014163.

You will probably stand the best change of getting the issuer of the charges to reverse them for you.
