The BBB experience with this company has been quite bad. Here's their report:

The company offers an appealing come-on offer where ostensibly you only pay about 6.00 to try the product. What people don't realize is that once they get your credit card or bank information, they'll charge you immediately as part of the enrollment in their continuity program. After they charge you, you'll have one heck of a time trying to cancel the charges and getting refunds is a real challenge.

This business is less about selling teeth whitening systems and more about slamming the poor souls who fall for the offer.
