I got a "free cruise" from caribbean cruise lines to the bahamas. They offer a two night cruise for 2 and stay in florida and a 7 day unlimited car rental. I only have to pay for taxes and fees of the cruise , the hotel and the car. I would like to know if this is legit and worth it?

Carol,

It's not what you think it is. You're probably thinking that you'll be on some huge luxury liner with all the usual amenities. Not so. Also, after you pay the fees and taxes, you'll find that it will be next to impossible to actually book this great vacation. If you're like most people, you'll probably give up in frustration.

There's no such thing as a free vacation. Even if you have the persistence to ultimately get the trip, you're going to be quite disappointed with the results.

Right now, the travel industry is hurting. If you do some serious shopping on the Internet, you'll probably be able to get yourself a great cruise with a major line, for next to nothing. And the good thing is that you'll know what you're buying.
