Has anyone had problems with Panda Kitchen & Bath? We spent $8,000.00 on our kitchen in September 2009 and have not been able to get them to come out and finish their job. They convince you to pay in full to save 4% of the total cost but then hold you hostage to their terrible service. The only way to contact the General Manager is to send a fax and wait. His receptionist will not transfer calls and then simply hangs up if she recognizes your name or voice.
