Ok I could go on & on but I'll try my best to make this short. Yesterday I started calling them at 12:10 in the afternoon. Made 3 calls overall. First call after waiting over an hour for a real person they told me they had to transfer me to another department...Transfer...Busy signal...Dial tone. Arghhh K lets try again another call waiting for Approximately 1hr 30min...Hungry and disgusted I hang up and have a 15 minute lunch. Let's try this again another call waiting, waiting 1hr 40min this time a new voice and explain what I need...NO NO NO she says she must transfer the call, so I give her my phone number and tell her to please give this to next person just in case I get disconnected again. She asks me to hold, comes back in a few minutes and tells me she will now transfer the call. I reiterate to her that she need to give my Cell# to next person. She validates she did and...Crap here we go again...BUSY SIGNAL-DIAL TONE! WTH I'm pissed now because the time is 5:40 PM Pacific Standard Time and they close in 20 minutes. So I wait certainly they'll call me back...NOPE nat a chance. So I have virtually wasted 6 hours yes 6 DAMN HOURS trying to get something done. So Now what I send 2 urgent e-mails asking them to PLEASE call me back and nothing. So up to speed at 10:00 AM I call and it is now 11:24 AM and yes I'm still on hold. What the hell is the problem in trying to get a human. Can't wait till they answer ********My time is valuable and I think I should charge them some ridiculous amount and tell them to call me back! And if they had 0 for stars that's how I'd rate them however with a negative in front of the zero -0 Can't believe it. I would ask for a supervisor, but there goes another couple of days and frankly I don't have the time. This simple thing I need them to do and it has cost 1 day and I had hoped to see my banker to get the ball rolling. That didn't happen yesterday and today is quite questionable as well :-(
