BAIT AND SWITCH: AVOID this company until they stop selling their contracts to other vendors. I hired Security One because of their previously good ratings and the recommendation of several friends in law enforcement, but recently discovered my account had been sold to Safe Home Security, a company that rates a one out of five on the Consumer Affair Website and has numerous Better Business Bureau complaints lodged against it. SHS has poor customer service and numerous online complaints for engaging in shady practices. This is not who I hired to care for my home, security, and peace-of-mind. It is a shame that such an excellent company with great service techs would sell their loyal customers out to another company. Look elsewhere for your home security needs until Security One stops selling their customers out.
