Recently we had ADC flooring install our floors (both laminate and tiles). Juan showed high professionalism in his approach from the initial quote to the finish. His quote was very competitive and detailed the various steps. Before we bought the materials, he walked us through different options with laminate, tiles, baseboard, etc - but always let the final decision to us. After the job was completed, he even explained the maintenance procedures.
Three things that really stood out
1) Clean up after everyday work with tools, materials neatly stacked away. With couple of kids in the house I felt safe to see that
2) Minimum wastage and no damage to walls or floors
3) Quality finish on time
Juan Simg and team did a very efficient job on this. I felt the passion he exhibited on the job resulted in the outcome. I have already recommended him to some friends and plan to bring him back to do additional rooms.
