I was upset that my ex requested me to have anger management classes and the court granted it. However, I was able to learn some positive and helpful tips to help me realize that I do have anger, just like everyone else, but that I do not express myself in a positive manner and that is the issue. I now am learning to have personal power and learn how to communicate more effectively and learning how to talk through my emotions instead of isolating myself. This program was helpful.
