My wife and I weren't even at step 1 in the mortgage process when we unexpectedly found the perfect house. Daryl Koster has been a friend for a few years now and so I reached out to him.
And then - wow. Daryl put everything in motion super fast, from pre approval to funding. And I never worried or wondered what was going on. Daryl kept us in the loop every step of the way. I've heard that the mortgage process is complicated and stressful but Daryl made it easy. And sure enough, I'm writing this review from our new house right now. :)
