I am so pleased with the service provided by Collin Plume at Regal Assets. He made the process of rolling over my Roth IRA into a precious metals IRA so easy. I truly believe that what sets most people apart in the same industry is customer service, you just don't see that level of customer service anymore (especially in this industry - I know from working in it).
