Ctcredit.net is a fantastic resource for tenant screening. Reports are comprehensive and extremely accurate and they provide the best customer service.
We Used
SMARTMOVE – Reports are ok but the tenant has too much involvement, we lost few good tenant because they didn’t receive an email from Smartmove. They don’t have decent customer service
HOUSERIE and LEASERUNNER - Smartmove reseller, because it's the same thing with heavy tenant involvement.
COZY - tons of set-up. And terrible for tenant screening. They don't offer an eviction report!

TENANTBACKGROUNDSEARCH - you need to order the premium package just to get an eviction report.
