Poor product, and even worse service sum up my experience with this company.

I bought his product new through one of their "e-tailors" and while I thought I was getting a heck of a deal, I was really preparing for the worst nightmare in my online purchasing history.

The part was provided with incorrect and incomplete directions, and once I installed the product, I immediately had issues with my vehicle making it undrivable. Furthermore, the lack of instruction on the product and its poor design caused it to severely damage other components of my vehicle.

To make matters worse, this is a company that truely believes they're off the hook once the product's out the door, regardless of the lack of engineering they use in its development. When I first experienced issues with the parts, I contacted GMS only to find no help. The staff did not know the answers to my questions about the product, and worse off, I was requested to pay for new bushings for a product whose bushings failed within 1500 miles, or 3 weeks of driving.

After reviewing it online, the Granatelli camp was in outrage, stating that I didn't follow directions (ignoring that I sent them a scan of what was included), and that updated instructions were on their website (to this day, the website still shows the incorrect instruction sets), and then went back on forth on the bushings.

I replaced the bushings with ones from another vendor who was happy to help, and was back on the road. I had further problems with the part interfering with other portions of the vehicle's suspension, and in the end, my vehicle was involved in a minor accident in part caused by them before I could remove said parts and replace them with something else.

I replaced the parts, inspected them and sold them on an online classifieds after listing my caveats about them, and the new owner broke them clean in half his first day out. Parts that weren't even a year old.

Lastly, the company owner's hot head and lack of knowledge really burn this company's image. I can certainly understand this company's blundering through lawsuits after my last coversation with the owner, with him "wishing I would die" when all I've done is offered pictures, scans and proof of the issues I had dealt with.

I can't recommend enough for others to steer clear of this company. While not all experiences are as bad as mine, I honestly can say that there are 10 other companies in this market that are much more faithful to their customer service.
