POOR customer service

I ordered a $2000+ exercise bike from these people. While Chris stated that it would be shipped in 3-5 days the invoice stated that it would be shipped in 5-10 business days and then take 3-5 more business days to arrive at the delivery location. With whom I would then have to arrange for delivery. Well, at 5 business days, they stated that my bike would be shipped, guaranteed, on the 11th business day. I called on the 11th business day and my bike still had not been shipped. I called on the 12 and 13th business days and still I am guessing that my bike had not been shipped. I have left multiple messages with their customer service department and NOBODY calls me back. If they are having difficulty obtaining the bike from their supplier due to the global pandemic, tell me that. I have had to call my credit card and dispute their charges. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company
