Disappointing to say the least
I am a current Ideal client and the problem I have is the horrendous communication they provide. I rarely if ever write reviews. But I have tried for over 3 weeks to solve a levy that was erroneously put on my bank account and while the amount isn't very much, it's the stress and frustration that still exists and that Ideal is there to take away. I have called over 12 times and never been returned a call even to say we received your call, we are working on it, etc. Now, I feel like I am bothering them by calling when all I am looking for is a response. I am sure people dealing with the IRS and situations they find stressful look to Ideal to help. Especially after paying them with what little money I do have, for their protection.

Hi Erik, What I can say to all those who are reading: Erik didn't write on here that he received a phone call from our office the next day with an update that we SUCCESSFULLY negotiated with the IRS, RELEASING the hold on his bank account, negotiated a Non-Collectible status where Erik PAYS NOTHING TO THE IRS and reversed the funds that were taken from him. Communication is key to any business and we have improved systems 1000% since your review. For that we can always improve. WE LOVE TO HELP People.
