Filing a Claim with U-Pic
I recently had to file my first claim with U-PIC for an item lost in the mail. Always a stressful situation, dealing with customer and insurance company. U-Pic made it very easy for my buyer to file an online affidavit that she had never received the package. When I got paranoid about the process, I emailed the company a few times! I received great customer service, hand holding through the process, and my claim was completed within 2 weeks. I will continue to use U-PIC for insuring shipments
