Michael Crupi is not only a “trust pro”, he is trustworthy!
My husband put off doing a Family Trust for three reasons:
1) we were sure we were going to live forever, so we didn’t need one;
2) we didn’t want to spend the money (some of our friends ended up spending twice as much as they were quoted);
3) I wanted the inherited monies from my family to go to my children and my husband wanted his children to receive the inherited monies that came from his side of the family. And we wanted our joint monies to be divided equally. That seemed like a complex (and potentially expensive) problem to us ….until a friend recommended we contact Michael.
We began talking by email. He gave me a couple of options that included adding a “directive” in the Trust that could be written to solve the two-family inheritance problem. As for my second concern, his quote was the going rate and was, by the way, the fee we eventually paid after the Trust was done. He was, however, not able to solve the first concern on our list….we probably are not going to live forever! So we set up a meeting for Michael to come to our house to do the Trust.
My husband and I liked Michael right away. He obviously was an expert at Trusts and it was surprisingly easy to discuss private, financial issues with him. His attention to detail was amazing and his service couldn't’t have been better. Within two weeks, Michael brought us the Trust in a binder that was extremely well-organized and detailed. We are very relieved and more than pleased!
