MATTHEW B is the guy you can trust
I’m local to Spokane but this review would be beneficial to out-of-townners and college students alike. If you have to rent without viewing property first I highly suggest recommend requesting ** MATTHEW BOWMAN ** as I guarantee he will do everything possible to ensure you’re satisfied. As long as he's here, you will get top-notch service. I'll just say this, I wouldn't go to anyone else with any major (or minor) issue though. What I would most rave about is how resident oriented and accommodating MATTHEW BOWMAN is. When I first came to the property he took his own time to walk around to several locations with me so I could see what was available. None of the units were ready for viewing so I could only see the outside and surrounding area. I’m incredibly indecisive and particular. MATTHEW was so obliging to my bantering thoughts and offering really helpful input. I think at that point most people would’ve probably been annoyed since none of that mattered to anyone but me. However, Matthew didn’t seem rushed, pushy or inpatient in the slightest! I wasn’t sold on the first unit for various reasons so thought I’d wait a few months until something else opened up. MATTHEW then showed me another unit, which met most of my criteria, and I loved it! If it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t even be living here. I was quite impressed that he took his time to actually consider what I was looking for and help me find it. Most leasing professionals won’t even bother anymore because the market is in favor of landlords with no shortage of eager tenants. After living here for about a week I had an issue that arose with parking my extended cab, long bed Tacoma. I knew I’d have a hard time with the garage I was first assigned and asked another employee if anything could be done, but was quickly told there was nothing they could do and I was locked into that garage. Because of the location and entry, it was very difficult to park. Plus there were several days where other vehicles were parked in restricted areas so I had even less room to maneuver. Based on the lease details, garages are included but parking spaces are not guaranteed. Late one night, with no spaces nearby, I tried to maneuver around another illegally parked truck and scraped up the fender of my brand new Tacoma. I was so distressed I could hardly think. I spent the next morning reviewing my lease again, but quickly realized I was out of luck and had no options other than breaking my lease. My decision was either to risk parking my truck in that tight maneuvering area, possibly have to park a good distance away on a street, or move. I called and specifically requested to speak with MATTHEW. I rambled on about my issue and had upset I was. Seriously, within a matter of minutes he solved all of my issues. It required some work on his part but he didn’t seem annoyed or put out, at all! He was quite pleased to help. Once you work with MATTHEW BOWMAN, you’ll understand why he’s the best. He has a work ethic and professionalism that is WAY beyond his years. Rare find with my own generation. He’s the type of guy who will commit himself to help you the way a real estate agent would. He’s kind, polite, patient and vey knowledgable and I would feel confident and comfortable with anything I brought to him. He's a true gem and it won't take long for him to get recruited by some bigger corporation.
