This is our first experience with Greenlight, and my wife and I were astonished at the high quality of service we received from Helene Knepper (closing coordinator) and John Spannagel (loan consultant). Firstly, they worked hard to convince us to save money by switching to Greenlight. They got us a great rate of 4.125% for our 30-year mortgage loan! We were so set to stick it out with refinancing with a well known bank for a much higher rate. Secondly, the process was too simple and painless and took only about 3 weeks, inclusive of the days spent hesitating, thinking whether or not to switch. Thirdly, we wanted a correction on the grant deed and this was implemented with no hassle. We pride ourselves to be overly cautious, but this time, we are surely glad we decided to refinance with Greenlight. We look forward to repeating the process with Greenlight if interest rates go lower.
