Can TS Luxury Group be trusted in selling my timeshare and/or refunding my fee?

Re: TS Luxury Group in Lake Worth, Florida;
I gave them my business to sell our timeshare, allowed a charge on my credit card ($1997) and am waiting for the sale to close. They have a buyer, have sent them the "Buyer's packet", but it was missing a signature so they sent it back to them. This process has been going on since mid February when I returned our signed agreement. They say they have a 20% non-refundable deposit from the buyer ($6000) so they don't expect the buyer to back-out. They always answer their phone, have an answer to my questions (explain the "delays").....but I feel like a fish that has been hooked and being dragged through the water, perhaps until I die! I want to think this sale is going to happen, have seen some positive reviews, and some negative reviews. I still have time to "dispute" the charge on my credit card....it feels like they are dragging this on until my dispute time has expired....I hope I am wrong, but there are so many "scams" out there in regards to selling timeshares! I would appreciate any feedback...positive or negative. Thanks for being willing to share!

Bill,
They have a pretty average rating with the BBB C+ but they have only been in business for 9 months and although they have only a few BBB complaints, they have some negative reviews you might want to check out before doing busines with them. From what I shows, hundreds of other consumers found this reviews useful.
You may click on View Reviews or View BBB report to check it out.
Thank you.

Dispute this charge asap, file a complaint with your regulatory authorities, the BBB, etc. Read the info on timeshares we have posted in the New Scams section here on TrustLink. Find a reliable company to deal with by searching through the BBB database and be aware that a lot of scammers are pretending to be from reputable companies. This business is a nightmare.
