I’ve struggled with that as well. Early in my career, I mixed all my training together, thinking it would cover both Tests and T20s. Big mistake. Now I do sprinting, agility, and power-based sessions leading up to T20s, while for Tests, I focus more on long net sessions, endurance runs, and mental focus drills. This is what I use:
