After refinancing with Ovation Home Loans, any problems with mortgage payee, Carnegie?

I had an excellent experience with Ovation Home Loans for refinancing. BBB reviews were great as well. Wondering if those who have also had the same experience have had any problems with the company to whom we make the mortgage payments, Carnegie Mortgage LLC (Ovation is a division of Carnegie)?

I looked through the few complaints on file with the BBB and no one has reported to us any problems with Carnegie relating to Ovation Home Loans.
