We recently bought a house in Haarlem, and the top-floor ceiling needs a complete overhaul — the old stucco is cracking, and we also want to lower it slightly to install recessed LED spots and sound insulation. Their portfolio looks quite clean, but I wanted to check here first. Has anyone on this forum worked with them for plasterboard ceilings or acoustic insulation? Any specific things I should ask them during the initial inspection? Thanks in advance!
