Our warehouse team in Tacoma is constantly getting slowed down by freight that needs to be fixed – damaged boxes, incorrect labels, unstable pallets, you name it. It's killing our productivity. Does anyone in the area use a third-party service that specializes in freight rework? We need someone who can handle this stuff offsite so we can keep our main operations running smoothly.

Yes, and it was a total game-changer for us! We're also based in Tacoma and were struggling with the exact same issues. We started using PNW Warehousing for their dedicated rework services. They handle everything from repackaging and relabeling to restacking pallets that don't meet shipping standards. It’s much more cost-effective than having our own team stop what they're doing to fix these problems. Here's their page that details all the specific rework services they offer: https://pnwwarehousing.com/rework-freight.html
