For clarification, the response term "Agreeing to perform according to their contract" indicates that the company was able to resolve the customers concerns based on their original agreement terms. It can also mean that there was a general agreement reached between the company and the customer to resolve the complaint, or that the company gave other consideration to the consumer that wasn't necessarily monetary.
If you've had problems with them, you can file a complaint if you are seeking resolution, or if you just want others to know of your experience, you can post a review on TrustLink.

I also had problems with Leonard Williamson. What you have to do is file a formal complaint with the BBB online; you can’t only post a complaint. I was able to get the BBB cancel my account without a fee. If everyone who has problems with this company files a formal compliant we should hopefully put them out of business.
