HCCUA (Healthcare Cost Containment United Association) and the Ican Benefit Group have a contractual relationship under which Ican Benefit Group enrolls members and administers membership programs and benefits on behalf of HCCUA. It might be a good idea to call the HCCUA's Member Services Department at (866) 227- 5400.

Here's their BBB report, and they have a couple reviews here on TrustLink, one of which was good, but the other complained about not getting a call back:
