Has anyone used St. Jude's Mortgage Rescue LLC. For home loan modification? I would really appreciate the feedback (good or bad). Trying to avoid any scams and save our house. Thanks!!

If you're looking into loan modification services, have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
Good luck, the loan mod journey is not an easy one.
