Brick Train Shop not answering customer asking for refund for Lego product

I have had no luck getting a refund from Brick Train Shop , even though I have returned the merchandise in September by UPS and the package was signed for. Customer Service does not respond to my emails, and don't take phone calls. I see that someone called Brickmaster292 responds to reviews - does he work for the company? If he does work for the company, he should be put in charge of responding to the customer service emails, because those are ignored. Just emailed again - got another Yahoo! Auto Response telling me that their Customer Service is closed for the day. So they are getting the emails. They just don't respond. Any advice? If I am not going to get my refund, I intend to do everything humanly possible to fight this - filing a BBB complaint will be a start, but that's the tip of the iceberg. They have $75.00 US of my money and a signed UPS package with my merchandise, and will not answer my emails. I want to make sure that keeping my money and the merchandise will not be easy for them.

I reviewed all the information related to your order and the return merchandise. The order cam e back in shambles and this was explained to you repeatedly. There are two separate requests for insurance information so that a claim could be filed for the damages. You have not responded. Perhaps you spam filters are not allowing you receive the mail being sent.

Brickmaster292, I do not believe this at all - I packaged that manual even better than it was sent to me initially (a flimsy card stock envelope). I had it packaged between two stiff pieces of foamcore and put in a padded envelope to insure that it made it back in good shape. Regarding the emails to me, why is it that your automatic response makes it through but not the emails related to the state of the package returned? I have saved all of these. If I am receiving some of your emails, And there are other ways to contact people - it's called mail, the way the original package reached me. You could have sent me a letter to inform me.

1- BrickMaster 292 definitely works for that company 2- his/her job is to blame you for their corrupt way of doing business!!! you are not the only one who is fighting with this company ... I doubt BBB will do anything about it but I will file a claim on monday or tuesday ... I will not let this go!!! 3- As a customer you did your part called and emailed them ... as a company they are not willing to do their part! why should they when it is easy to steal your money and the product and then sell it to someone else DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALLING THESE PEOPLE!!! CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILE A CLAIM WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!

I fell for the same scheme. And it was my first so I decided i will make sure that it will be easy to find a review on them. I did open a complaint with the BBB. It did not go anywhere, my request was to have the wording changed. BBB closed the file. If you look at the bottom of the bricktrain webpage you will find a link to shopmania. When I posted my review there the site was blocked for a while and you could not find positive reviews on this company for a while Please post a review there and make it easy for other costumers to make their own choice.
