The complaint was filed way back in 2008 and it concerns a leak that the company was called out to fix. According to the consumer, the company made several attempts to fix it and the leaks persisted, so they ended up refunding the customer in full for the repair.

With that being their only complaint and them having offered a satisfactory response, it doesn't look like you have too much to worry about with this company. Plus they've been in business since 1990.
