Did I just sign a contract?

I just had a window company come to my house. I just wanted an estimate.The company gave me a contract with all the pricing. I did not want to sign it but rep told me it was just an estimate and he wrote "estimate only" on the bottom. Did I just sign the contract? I only initialed where it stated "estimate only" but not sure if I did the right thing.

Lourdes, I'm not sure, you might want someone to take a look at what your signed to make that determination. However, here is some information regarding contracts and their "cooling off" rules that advise when you may cancel without reason.
