Did owners of Midas Muffler,Mission Viejo, Ca, refuse to honor lifetime warranty of brakes?

Has anyone experienced difficulty in dealing with the owners(John and Dave) involving warranty repairs at their Midas muffler and brake shop, 27220 La Paz Rd, Suite M, Mission Viejo, Ca, 92691, 949-380-8081? Did they refuse to honor lifetime warranty?

If you are rude to employees of a Midas Shop after getting free repairs then they tell you to go to another Midas Shop. In your case, you were banned from this shop by the current owner as well as the previous owner. That's well over 10 years...
