Right now, our ERP system handles a lot of our product data, but it's not really designed for managing the rich content we need for our e-commerce channels. We're considering implementing a separate product information management system, but I'm a little nervous about the integration process. Does anyone have experience integrating a PIM with their existing ERP? What challenges did you face, and what advice would you offer? I'm especially curious about how to handle data synchronization and avoid conflicts between the two systems.
