Hi k g,

The company has a D rating with the BBB in LA and a 2-star rating here on Trustlink, neither of which are very high ratings. They currently have 13 complaints filed against them. I have attached their report and Trustlink reviews above for you to take a look at.

Domestic has been working very hard to improve its rating with the BBB. We have currently brought our rating up to an A+.

Domestic Linens has not changed their questionable business practices nor are they attempting to change. They breached the terms of their contract with me. I discussed it with Jayson Colton and was told it would be resolved and someone would get back to me. I received a voice message last week while on vacation from a manager and before I could get back to him my account was turned over to an extremely brutal collection company. I've been threatened and now they are trying to extort over $13,000 from a business that only has 12 employees and doesn't even come close to that in gross yearly earnings.(which has since closed our doors). I only did business with them for 2 months and had problems with their service the entire time which I was brought to their attention weekly, so I canceled their services when they stranded my restaurant for an entire weekend without linens. They breached their contract and now are coming after me. You want a chance to fix your problems after your company creates the problems, does nothing to fix them when brought to managements attention and if we as consumers of your services don't trust you anymore and cancel your services you bully us with lawsuits. You need to learn customer service then master it and not use us as your guinea pigs at the cost and reputation of our businesses. And by the way your BBB rating states you are closed and out of business and you are not a member. Practice business fairly and your customers will do business with you fairly.
