We've been experimenting with using generative AI for automating some of our content creation processes. Things like writing social media posts, and generating initial drafts of blog articles. It’s been surprisingly effective for freeing up our marketing team's time. I've read a little how others are using it document processing. Perhaps the biggest advantage might that it will allow smaller companies to compete in areas that previously required human teams. Generative AI could level the playing field for smaller enterprises in very specific ways. Of course, it comes down to how well these implementations are delivered.
