Kathy,

I linked their BBB report which shows they are accredited members of the BBB and have the highest rating A+! You may view their complaint statistics which show the majority of the complainants obtained refunds.

They won't cancel my account. They continue to ship unwanted products. They continue billing my credit card. When I refused delivery of products, the post office returns to sender, but the company claims they have no record of returns. A company rep said they'd credit my account, but never do it. Their "auto refill" policy is a scam!
