I'm using them as well. I was told by them that that is their strategy for negotiating. I had no experience with this kind of thing so I didn't know if that was how others did it. So when your account gets turned over to a collection agency they then start to negotiate with the collection agency. That's how I understand it. I have not really been too happy with them as they have made some mistakes that they should not have made. But now I am stuck with them and I am hoping that they improve in their service.

Guardian Client Services is a Fraud and a Scam run by Michale Hulbert. This individual is known scammer in Orange County California. He ran another company Elimadebt and stole from many people before closing it down. He is know to the authorities in Orange county and Newport Beach. If you have been ripped off by this company call the California Attorney General and report them.
